About Saddle-Stitch A4 Booklet Printing
An A4 saddle-stitched booklet gives every page the room a full-size document needs — charts that stay readable, product photography at a decent scale, and specification tables that do not have to be shrunk. Page counts run from 8 to 40 in multiples of four. Inner pages are printed on 150gsm or 170gsm coated stock, with an optional 250gsm or 300gsm cover for durability. This is the format Dubai companies use for annual reports, sales catalogues and technical manuals where the document needs to look considered without the cost of a glued spine. Lamination on the cover is recommended for anything intended to last beyond a single event.

Common questions
How to supply your artwork
- 1. Export a print PDF. PDF/X-4 or a flattened press-quality PDF keeps fonts and transparency safe. We also accept AI, INDD and PSD.
- 2. Add 3 mm bleed. Extend backgrounds 3 mm past the trim on every edge and keep text at least 4 mm inside it.
- 3. Use CMYK, not RGB. Convert images and swatches to CMYK; name any Pantone you must match exactly.
- 4. 300 dpi at final size. Large-format banners can run at 150 dpi because they are viewed from a distance.
- 5. Outline or embed fonts so nothing reflows on our machines.
- No print file? Our studio sets up artwork from your logo and content — send what you have on WhatsApp and we will send a proof.
